Agency Group Membership

EMDRIA offers a group rate to non-profit agencies that sign up and maintain at least 5 EMDRIA members.




  • Must must be organized as a non-profit entity (501c3), funded by the government, considered a community health (or mental health) agency.
  • Must maintain a minimum of 5 current EMDRIA members.
  • Must provide a Contact Person responsible for use of Group rate.
  • Must inform EMDRIA of any members who should be removed from the group.
  • Must submit an Agency Group Membership Application.



Membership Information

Dues Rate

The Agency Group Membership dues rate is $100 per member for both Full and Associate level memberships. When Associate Members meet the qualifications for Full Membership, they may upgrade at no additional cost by providing a copy of their current licensure and EMDR Training certification of completion to EMDRIA.


Membership Term

All Agency Group Memberships expire on July 1 of each year. New members may be added quarterly. Initial membership dues will be billed at a pro-rated rate per the table below. Upon renewal, membership dues will be $100 per year due on July 1.

Membership will expire July 1 regardless of join date and renewal is required. Renewal rate will be $100 and membership will expire the following July 1.


Membership Maintenance

It is the agency's responsibility to maintain at least 5 current EMDRIA memberships. Agencies will be contacted by EMDRIA at the beginning of June regarding their membership renewals. If the minimum requirement of renewals is not met by July 1, the Agency Group Rate will be removed from all agency members. The individual may then renew at the Standard ($175) or Agency ($130) rate. If in the future, the agency meets the minimum requirement, they may re-establish the Agency Group Rate. However, no refunds will be issued for renewals that occurred at the Standard or Agency Rate during the time in which the agency did not meet the requirements for the Agency Group Rate.



Steps to Establish an Agency Group Membership

  1. Agency Contact Person: Download and complete the Agency Group Membership Application.
  2. Agency Employee: Download and complete the Individual Group Membership Application.
  3. Agency Contact Person: Submit the Agency Group Membership Application and all Individual Group Membership Applications to Christal Rosa via email to or fax to 1+512-451-5256.

Applications will be processed once the Agency Group Membership Application and at least 5 Individual Group Membership Applications have been received.
