The goal of this EMDR Basic Training Course is to provide clinicians with a complete integrated training in EMDR therapy. Clinicians will gain the knowledge and skills to utilize EMDR therapy, a comprehensive understanding of case conceptualization and treatment planning, and the ability to integrate EMDR therapy into their clinical practices.

This is the complete EMDR Basic Training which includes Weekend One, Weekend Two, and Ten Hours of Consultation provided by the EMDR trainer directly. While this program supports clinicians in meeting the standards established by EMDRIA, it is unique in that it adds specific additional curriculum in structural dissociation and complex trauma.  As a result, this course includes 12 hours of advanced material to increase therapists’ confidence in utilizing EMDR therapy with complex trauma.

This EMDR Basic Training Course is divided into Part One and Part Two, which include 31 hours of instruction and 21 hours of supervised practicum. In addition, there are 10 hours of consultation that are included; they are not at an additional cost. Consultation events are prescheduled and completed via an online video conferencing system to support therapists’ being able to prepare in advance and for ease of attending.

At the completion of all requirements, attendees will be EMDR Basic Trained and also eligible for membership to EMDRIA.

This course begins January 18th, 2018 and completes February 18th, 2018. Therapists, as a result, will have time to utilize what they learn between weekend trainings, complete all consultations in a timely manner, as well as to better support the integration of EMDR therapy into their clinical work.

Weekend 1: January 18-21, 2018

Early Registration Cost: $1,450
Post-Deadline Registration Cost: $1,750
