This is the standard EMDR basic training focused on treating military/veterans.

These EMDR Institute Regional Trainings are approved by the EMDR Institute and EMDRIA.  Trainings include the standard EMDR basic training (Parts 1 & 2) plus an additional training day providing for expanded training with various clinical presentations. This training format offers a full seven days training.  Training participants receive pre-training resources including handouts, PowerPoint with narration and access to video clips of  the trainer, E.C.  Hurley, PhD, demonstrating the eight phase protocol of EMDR therapy.  As an EMDR trainer Dr. Hurley is an EMDRIA approved provider and consultant who provides trainings to individuals, agencies, veteran and military organizations.  He is the founder and director of Soldier Center in Clarksville, TN (near Ft Campbell, KY) where he actively provides EMDR therapy to active duty military, veterans, and civilians (with complex trauma) who present across the trauma spectrum from acute stress and single incident trauma to complex PTSD.   He provides EMDR regional training in middle Tennessee as well as military and veteran treatment locations.  Ten hours of required consultation is provided by the trainer and select EMDRIA Approved Consultants.  Registration fees include the EMDR basic training course and all training materials including the 10 hours of required consultation are included in the registration fee. The Basic Training course also offers discounted fee for those working for non-profits and graduate students as well as persons previously trained who wish a refresher course.

This training includes 40 Continuing Education credits, manuals, and 10 hours of phone consultation, all included.
