EMDRIA Approved Consultant Renewal

Renewing your Approved Consultant status

As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, you are required to renew your Approved Consultant status every two years. To renew your EMDR Approved Consultant status, please submit the following to the EMDRIA Office:

 

You should submit this renewal no earlier than 2 months prior to the expiration of your certification status. Please allow 3 weeks for processing once renewal has been received. Please only send submissions to the office one time by one method (scan, fax OR mail).

Is your Approved Consultant status expired?

***Keep in mind that if your status is expired, any consultation hours you provide may not be used toward a consultee's EMDR Certification application!***

 

If your Approved Consultant status has been expired for more than 6 months, you will be expected to pay a reinstatement fee. To reinstate your Approved Consultant status, please submit the following to the EMDRIA Office:

 

Do you need EMDRIA Credits?

To maintain your EMDRIA Approved Consultant status, you are expected to earn 12 EMDRIA Credits every two years. If you are in need of EMDRIA Credits, the Education tab on our website lists all of the current continuing education options that have been reviewed and approved by EMDRIA.
